Special Features: The gorgeous cape is a shimmery peach velvet. Fantastic collar made up of hundreds of small velvet fabric spikes that create a large ruff around the neck. Sash tie at the base of the neck ties into a bow with tails trailing down the front. The cape is ruched around neckline opening fullness into the body of the cape. Still has the custom tag which is dated, June 19, 1922?
Condition: There are some tears on the chiffon lining. There is also on 1/8" tear in the fabric on the lower front edge. Barely visible
