Special Features:  Wonderful springtime dress in a blue and white cotton stripe with a tile brocade pattern. The dress has wide shoulder straps and decorative white grosgrain bows down the front.  The skirt falls from the waist in four panels with each split up to the knees. The dress is adorned in cute little white cotton tassels.  Side zipper closure. 

Condition: Gently worn with no obvious damage.
