ANDRE LAUG-1970s Silk Stripe & Lace Evening Gown, Size-6

Early 1970s evening gown in black and white, tone on tone silk stripe. The gown has a dart fitted bodice with black spaghetti straps. The bodice has an overlay in the black lace with a scalloped edge along the top. The skirt falls from the natural waistline seam with pleats box pleats released above the knees. A lace overskirt falls falls from the waistline seam. Side zipper closure and lined in white silk crepe. Matching silk stripe scarf and a black lace belt and bow with hook closures.  The gown was part of the Audrey Collection that was introduced in 1969 and named for Audrey Hepburn. 

Condition: Fabulous. No hole, stains or tears. There is some seam pulling in the skirt around the hips.
