Special Features: Awesome taffeta party dress in an iridescent navy and black taffeta. The dress has a sweetheart neckline with a wrap front style bodice that's entirely shirred to the hips. Slender pencil skirt beneath. A triple tiered ruffle circles the hips and creates a giant rosette at the left side hip. The ruffle is layered with the taffeta, metallic black lace beneath and then black netting trimmed with a hot pink ribbon border.  Center back zipper closure. 

Condition: Gently worn with no obvious damage.
