Description: 1950s dress made in Mexico for the tourist market. The two piece dress has a dart fitted bodice and matching full circle skirt. Both pieces are hand painted and dotted in sparkling sequins. The bodice depicts a bird of prey holding a snake in its beak and standing on a cactus. The skirt has the same motif along with horses, sombreros and heritage symbols. The petticoats are not included. 

Condition:  Gently worn with minor rubbing to the velvet.
