Description: 1980s Pierre Cardin Haute Couture silk dress featuring a dramatic halter neckline with an exceptionally deep plunging front and a completely open back, creating a boldly sensual silhouette balanced by the elegance of couture craftsmanship. Rendered in fluid silk with a painterly abstract print in shades of crimson, charcoal, black, and warm taupe, the fabric evokes expressive brushstrokes across the surface. The fitted halter bodice falls into a softly gathered waist and a voluminous skirt enriched with fine pleating, lending movement and lightness to the design.
