Description:  1980s black crepe wrap dress has built up shoulders and pleats pointing upward from the natural waistline . The back bodice is bias cut with a stunning drape down the back. A peplum in multi color silk falls around the waist and ties at the front. Long sleeves end with facetted glass buttons at the wrists.
