Description: 1980s Black velvet cocktail dress with a vintage 50s sac style. The dress has a scoop neckline with pleats falling down the center front and back and ending with a blouson "sac" at the dropped waistline. A slender skirt falls beneath. The long sleeves are heavily adorned in gold metallic, coiled ribbons, bugle beads and large lucite beads. Zipper closures at the wrists and center back of the dress. 

Condition: Gently worn with some minor bruising to the velvet.
