The classic trench is completely inverted, transforming the coat’s original sleeves into dramatic, dangling elements at the hem and repositioning its construction into an unexpected dress silhouette. The upper portion wraps around the neck and ties at the back, while the original trench details—including multiple button closures, oversized patch pockets, and belt loops—become wonderfully unconventional design elements.
