Description: This extraordinary 1980s evening set features a form-fitting black velvet bodice with a captivating blue taffeta ruffle adorning the neckline and a grandiose bow at the neck. The dramatic silhouette is completed with 3/4 length balloon sleeves that end in elastic gathers and a voluminous taffeta ball gown skirt, draped gracefully over a velvet waistband and accented with a velvet ribbon band at the hemline. Underneath, a luxurious green taffeta underskirt adds a touch of opulence with its gathered flounce peeking out from beneath the overskirt.
